For those using Hotmail as your email contact:

We encourage you to use an alternate email address as Hotmail uses a time delay system to filter spam which has also been known to filter legitimate email.  Neverthless, you can do either of the following:
  • Request a manuel email confirmation by sending a request to confirm@thekhadrlegacy.com after the form above is filled out and including the following information:

  • Username.
  • Entered email address.
  • First and Last name.
Or do the following:
  • In order to prevent download and order emails from thekhadrlegacy.com to end up in your Junk E-Mail folder follow the instructions below.
  • When they are delivered to your Junk E-Mail folder, please place a checkmark next to the messages and click "Not Junk" to move them to your inbox. The Junk E-Mail folder will be deleted within a few days, and you will lose the messages if you do not do this.
  • If you do not find the emails in your Junk E-mail folder, it may be because your settings allow Junk E-Mail to be deleted before it is even delivered. There are instructions below to check your Hotmail settings and to add thkhadrlegacy.com to your Safe List. Do this, then request the emails be resent.
  • Hotmail/MSN is also known to delay delivery of messages. This is all out of our control, as messages are sent immediately when your order is placed.

To check your Hotmail settings:

  1. On the main page where you see your inbox, click on the "Options" link in the upper right hand corner.
  2. Click on "Junk E-Mail Protection" Then, click on "Delete Junk E-Mail" Be sure "Deliver to Junk E-Mail folder and delete later" is selected.
  3. This will improve chances legitimate email will not be deleted, but it still may be delayed.

To add email addresses to your Safe List:

  1. On the main page where you see your inbox, click on the "Options" link in the upper right hand corner.
  2. Click on "Junk E-Mail Protection".
  3. Then, click on "Safe List"
  4. In the blank textbox under "Type an address or domain:" enter thekhadrlegacy.com and click the Add button.
